Create a new Form Lable

Overview

You can create a new form lable via Template Overview Screen by pressing the highlighted button

1. Confirm the saving of the new record 2. Cancel the creation of a record 3. Unique identifier of the record 4. Description of the form lable 5. You can choose between user and system 6. You can add a number here helping for the sorting of records 7. You can choose if the newly created form lable is active or not
