Overview

A customer record contains all contacts of the customer as well appointments, events and customer specific images and texts. Also you can find offers sent to the customer and maintain other relevant data to the customer. The starting point for this is the Customer Overview Screen to choose which customer record you want to access in order to access the data on the Customer Details.
