Overview

To update and recalculate the prices in an offer, the following button from the ribbon in the offer can be used. The prices and price factors can be entered again. Discounts, taxes and HK can also be entered.

How to do it

1. Open an offer
2. Select a corresponding position in an offer
3. Click on the "Recalculate" button in the ribbon in the "Calcualtion" area
4. A dialogue opens for the recalculation

1. Button to confirm the recalculation
2. Button to cancel the recalculation
3. Type the recalculation action
1. Recalculation → Recalculate the whole offer
2. Sum determination → Determine just the sums of this offer
3. Tax determination → Determine just the tax of this offer
4. Associated offer. This field is read only
5. Selected position in the offer for recalculation
6. Price changes
1. Unchanged → Values should not be considered in the recalculation
2. Recalculate → Values should not be considered in the recalculation
7. Change of the price factor
1. Unchanged → Values should not be considered in the recalculation
2. Recalculate → Values should not be considered in the recalculation
8. Change of the HK
1. Unchanged → Values should not be considered in the recalculation
2. Recalculate → Values should not be considered in the recalculation
9. New specified price factor
10. Change of discounts
1. Unchanged → Values should not be considered in the recalculation
2. New inherit (down) → Defines if the discounts should be inherited from previous offers
3. Link (from above) → Defines if the linked discounts should be considered from previous offers
11. Current price factor. This field is read only
12. Change of taxes
1. Unchanged → Values should not be considered in the recalculation
2. Recalculate → Values should not be considered in the recalculation
13. Description field
14. Setting whether current VAT should be replaced. Based on the selection of this field, the values in 15 and 16 can be changed
15. Current VAT of the offer
16. New VAT of the offer for recalculation

When you click on Confirm, the offer is recalculated and the information is transferred.
