Overview
In the tab user in Config you can manage the users who log in to the application
- You can use this button to configure the settings you have made
- save
- delete
- refresh the view
- With this button you can reset the password or set a new one
- The Startup screen is the view that the user sees when he logs in
- The ID opens the maintenance screen to edit the user
- Name shows the full name of the user
- The position defines the rights the user has in the application
- The e-mail address is used to send password changes to the user
- The Active flag shows whether the user is active in the application
- The External flag shows whether the user is an external user in the application
- The Locked flag shows whether the user is locked in the application
- In the Mask Language defines the main language in the application
Edit an user
- By clicking the ID an edit dialog opens to edit the user
- User name of the user used for login. The login always takes place with a user + @tenant combination e.g. like user@tenant. This field is read only and cannot be changed afterwards. If you want to change this value, you must delete the user and create a new one.

- Basic data of the user
- Theme assigned to the user
- Assigned user group with predefined rights
- Position of the user
- Additional information in the form of text is maintained in this tab
- The user's profile picture is maintained here
- The layouts of the application are defined here. This refers to the panel sizes and layouts of the front end
- The screens that the user is allowed to see can be assigned here
- Click on Save to persist your changes
Create users
Users are imported via the Import Users item
