Overview

In the tab user in Config you can manage the users who log in to the application

1. You can use this button to configure the settings you have made

3. refresh the view
2. With this button you can reset the password or set a new one
3. The Startup screen is the view that the user sees when he logs in
4. The ID opens the maintenance screen to edit the user
5. Name shows the full name of the user
6. The position defines the rights the user has in the application
7. The e-mail address is used to send password changes to the user
8. The Active flag shows whether the user is active in the application
9. The External flag shows whether the user is an external user in the application
10. The Locked flag shows whether the user is locked in the application
11. In the Mask Language defines the main language in the application

Edit an user

1. By clicking the ID an edit dialog opens to edit the user

1. User name of the user used for login. The login always takes place with a user + @tenant combination e.g. like user@tenant. This field is read only and cannot be changed afterwards. If you want to change this value, you must delete the user and create a new one.

5. Assigned user group with predefined rights

7. Additional information in the form of text is maintained in this tab
8. The user's profile picture is maintained here
9. The layouts of the application are defined here. This refers to the panel sizes and layouts of the front end
10. The screens that the user is allowed to see can be assigned here

2. Click on Save to persist your changes

Create users

Users are imported via the Import Users item
