How is the logging set up? Which aggregation? Which format? Event/ Message qualification / weighting? Time period for available logs / log rotation? How can logging information be accessed?

There are various log emitters and controls: * Database Logs * Webservice/Application Server Logs * Application Logs

Logs are aggregated into Datadog.

Logs are persisted for 90d on the machine or until rolling container, whichever hits first. Log retention on Datadog is 180d for metrics, 90d for logs.

It is an open ask to setup customer log access to Datadog.
