We have our own User Mangement System and Roles in an existing System, can we integrate with it via SOAP/Rest?

Build.One supports both local users and integration to LDAP/Azure AD via OIDC/Oauth. Groups and Roles are currently not supported to be mapped into Build.One, but will need to be setup and governed in Build.One.
