Description
✍️ We have the ability to show/hide desktop menus for a user.
In user profile, there is a tab called “Desktop Menu”. This tab is using a 2 panel layout. In the right part there is a grid with all the menu structure used for the desktop menu. In the left part of the page we have a treegrid with the corresponding menu and items for the menu structure selected in the grid.
You can have multiple menu structures for a desktop menu.

How to use it
✍️ Select the menu structure you want in the grid.
- Select the desired menu structure in the grid.
- In the treegrid, identify the menu or item you wish to hide. Click the hide button on the ribbon. You can hide entire menus or specific items. Notice that the selected menu will turn gray, indicating that it is hidden but not yet saved.
- To reverse all your changes, click the undo button. If you only want to reverse the hiding of a specific menu or item, select it and click the show button. If you do not need to undo any changes, proceed to step 4.
- Save your modifications by clicking the save button. A notification message should appear, indicating successful saving.
- 1. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen. This will open the profile menu. In the profile menu, click on the "Save Profile" button. Once the profile is saved, refresh the web page to see the changes reflected in the desktop menu on the left
📌 Note:
Undo only works with unsaved changes.
