General Offer Object Overview

An offer object contains various customisation with regard to the preparation of the offer.

The Offer Lines contain the structure and basic information for the offer. The structure of the offer is explained in more detail in the following article Offer Position .
The tab Header Data is used to edit the header data as well as the Terms & Conditions.
In the Calculation/ Forecast tab, prices, calculations, surcharges and forecast information are maintained
The tab provides an overview of the competitor information maintained in xxxx
The Text tab is used to maintain text for the offer
In the Bild tab, the images for the offer are managed
In the Appointments tab, the dates for an offer are managed
In the Files tab, you can maintain and manage the templates for printing
In the tab, you get an overview of the events that belong to an offer
In the Customer Information tab, you receive and maintain information for the customer
In you maintain the approvals and business rules for offer releases
With this button, you can Recalculate the Offer with different values
With the button, you can open all summaries in an overview
With the Print an Offer button, you can print a document
With the “Save” button, you save your changes to the offer
With the “Undo” button, you remove your changes
Using the “Add as sublevel” & “Add to same level” button, you add positions to the offer as described in Offer Position
With the Import from Template button, you add an offer from a template
With the Import from Clipboard button, you add an offer from a clipboard
With the “new” button, you Create an Offer from an opened offer. This can help if you want to create a copy of the offer for example

With the “Redetermine Alternatives” button, you trigger a redetermation of variant. There can be variations to an article. Based on this, the articles are then replaced.
With the “Flags” button, you create a flag for the position to mark - You can assigns a flag to a position. These can be defined in the system.
With the “Delete item” button, you delete a position from the offer
With the “Find” button, you search for positions in the offer
