    Overview

    An offer contains all customer-specific information such as the articles and organizations as well as customers and contacts that are relevant for the creation. This information can then be used to print and send it in a document.

    Different offer-relevant information are maintained in an offer. Please see here in Offer DetailsOffer Details Offers are displayed in a hierarchical tree structure. They can include

    • ERP articles
    • Quotation items
    • Sales items
    • Area sums
    • Free text fields

    In addition, within an offer

    • Divisions
    • Text of the divisions
    • Division amounts
